Summer Camp

This is an 8 week summer camp with classes starting Monday, May 27th. We will be assessing each child’s movement abilities, strengths and weaknesses. They will learn proper exercise technique with the BIG 3 lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) along with many supporting exercises. Each class has an underlying goal and each day we build on those goals. We finish up each class with a game to challenge the skills and movements they are learning.  

Remember, exercise shouldn’t be a chore, but a necessity we should strive to do our whole life. So lets start them off on the right foot.

  • 8 weeks long

  • 2 classes a week

  • 2 class days/times to choose

  • Ages 8-18

  • Small class setting (8 per class)

  • Build movement abilities

  • Learn proper exercise technique

  • Play game

  • Build life long skills for fitness & fun

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, kids ages 8-18 now spend, on average, 7.5 hours in front of a screen for entertainment each day, 4.5 of which are spent watching TV.  That figure doesn’t even include the time they spend on the computer at school for educational purposes or at home for homework.  With the increase in sedentary time, it is even more important today that children get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day.

  • Mon. & Wed. 9am

  • Tues. & Thurs. 1pm

  • Starting:
    Monday, May 27th

  • Ending:
    Thursday, July 18th

More classes will be added as demand dictates.

We recommend scheduling all your class times right after you sign up to guarantee availability. Times and days can be adjusted with the coaches if things change in your schedule.
